Changing the way businesses network
Over the past few years, we have sensed a huge shift in how businesses are marketing their products and services. Gone are the days of hard sales. People are now wanting more meaning, connection and authenticity.
From our shared experience working with enterprise and startup clients, we understand how important storytelling can be, to help unlock life-long relationships that motivate meaningful work. Which is why we have decided to offer this new experience to businesses.
We are calling it, Humanising Business.
The idea behind Humanising Business is just that, humanising the business in an authentic way by telling stories and getting to know the people behind the brand, and why they do what they do. Each event is personally crafted to fit the company’s personality and story in the most authentic way possible.
We start with spending time and getting to know the individuals in their own environments where they are most comfortable, whether that be out in the surf, in their homes, workshop or on the farm.
Then, Goodness Media captures a story and produces a video that is distributed digitally. This is followed by an interview-style event, showcasing the human side rather than pushing the brand. The event is filmed for digital distribution.
This powerful combination not only humanises a brand and but also, freshens the perspective of a brand with face to face interaction in a highly creative environment. The business also gets a rich library of digital content for building more authentic relationships digitally.
“Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.
Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy- the experiences that make us the most vulnerable.
Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light” —
At Johnson Corner, authentic relationships are cultivated over a period of time between entrepreneurs, freelancers, and enterprise innovators. This leads to building trust, and meaningful relationships, which leads to meaningful work. From this social cooperation, we become happier, healthier, and more productive; social cooperation is also integral to effective work. It is one of the defining characteristics of being human.
The above philosophy has enabled us to curate this concept, transferring our expertise towards bringing authenticity and humanness to networking. We can’t wait to work with future businesses, helping them become more human.
Humanise your business!
